He is a past Research Fellow (Medical Informatics) of Harvard Medical School (1996-2013), has co-authored papers on ICT innovation with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories and has previously consulted to the World Bank-IFC (Education and Health Directorate), The International Monetary Fund (China) and Ministry of Health on health and economic development engagements.
Currently Glen is the General Manager IT for Downer New Zealand and prior to this he has held ICT leadership positions at Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Capital and Coast District Health Boards, Cranleigh Merchant Bank, New Zealand Institute of Rural Health, Waikato Institute of Technology and Fonterra.

Greg Singh

Greg Singh is a 20+ year Information Technology veteran with more than 15 of those dedicated to Information Security. Greg has held positions with Technology Vendors, Service-Providers, Systems Integrators and End-User Organisations in predominantly technical leadership and evangelism roles. Today, Greg is a recognised Subject Matter Expert in Cyber Crime, Malware & Advanced Persistent Threats (APT’s) that sees him speaking about both the techniques used by the perpetrators as well as mitigation strategies that can employed to defend such attacks. Greg has recently joined Cylance as their regional Director of Sales Engineering, a primarily outward facing role for the organisation encompassing a wide gamut of customer facing activities including technology evangelism and pre-sales activities. Previously Singh held local leadership and/or technology evangelism roles with vendors Splunk, QuintessenceLabs, Blue Coat & RSA and service providers Optus, AAPT and British Telecom. Greg holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wollongong.

Based out of Aura’s Wellington offices, Bailey oversees a team of more than 23 experts – all hand-picked from around the world – to deliver a full range of services to Government institutions, SMEs and corporate clients in New Zealand and Australia. This includes consulting services, penetration, red team, Wi-Fi and mobile testing; as well as secure code review and Virtual Security Officer.
Bailey is a respected thought leader in the cyber security industry and is regularly called upon by media and Government to provide both comment and advice. He holds the main relationship on the all-of-government security panel and is also part of a government advisory group focused on the skills shortage in the security industry.
South African-born, Bailey graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology.
He has worked in advertising and held a range of customer service and production roles at organisational risk consultancy Sysdoc. In late 2010 Bailey joined the Ministry of Justice as national operations training manager before joining Aura InfoSec in March 2013 in his previous role as Service Delivery Manager. In 2015 Aura Information Security was acquired by leading business telecommunications provider, Kordia Group. Bailey forms part of the Kordia executive team headed by Group CEO Scott Bartlett.

Scott was appointed CEO of Kordia Group in August 2016. He previously served as CEO of Kordia’s New Zealand operations since 2013. As Kordia Group CEO, Scott’s role is to lead the business as it becomes the leading Australasian provider of mission-critical technology. Most recently, he was instrumental in helping to expand Kordia’s cyber-security portfolio with the purchase of Wellington-based Aura Information Security for $10.02m in 2015. The company now offers New Zealand’s most comprehensive suite of security solutions and is also the exclusive ANZ reseller of award-winning web-shielding service, RedShield.
In addition to his role at Kordia Group Scott is an advisory board councillor of the Pacific Telecommunications Council. In January 2006 he was appointed CEO of Orcon, the first in New Zealand to unbundle the local loop. Outside the office Scott has been a director of the New Zealand Telecommunications Forum (TCF) and the Number Administration Deed (NAD). In addition, he has been a councillor for Internet NZ.
Outside of work Scott and his partner enjoy entertaining and spending time outdoors devoting as much time as they can to the New Zealand coastline.

Jeff Olson is the head of big data & analytics for Oracle Asia Pacific. He has over 25 years’ experience leading, delivering and consulting on information-led enterprise transformations. Jeff has held executive information leadership positions in ASX-20 organisations and has consulted to the leadership teams of some of the world’s most innovative organisations.

In the Asia Pacific market Jeff is responsible for the development and success of Oracle’s big data & analytics offerings, both in the cloud and on premise. Oracle is the world-leader in data solutions and Jeff is responsible for managing the big data business through the adoption of Oracle’s innovative products – engineered big data appliances, open source integration, seamless query across data formats, in-memory analytics – to help customers achieve their big data objectives.

Prior to his current appointment, Jeff led the business intelligence team for Australia’s largest general insurer through multiple organisational and technical enterprise-transformations as well as the largest insurance company merger in Australian history. Additionally, Jeff led the digital channel transformation of a leading niche insurance offering as well as consulting on data, digital and core-platform transformation strategies for a range of leading Asia Pacific organisations.

Jeff holds a degree in management and finance, with exceptional honours, from St. John’s University (USA). He is a regular speaker on big data & analytics vision, strategy, and execution.
