Recently, Roberto was in charge of the technology transformation program at Australia’s largest department store - Myer, where he oversaw the development and execution of a strategic technology program.

Jolie leads Spark Digital, Spark New Zealand’s ICT services division which delivers dynamic digital solutions to a wide range of New Zealand business and government clients. She is responsible for the Spark Cloud business subsidiaries, Appserv, Revera and Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) and has lead a range of projects that help make healthcare services more accessible for the people of Aotearoa. Prior to her current role Jolie spent three years as Spark’s Chief Financial Officer, playing a pivotal part in re-orienting the business from a ‘telco’ to a ‘digital service provider,’ securing its return to growth in 2016. Before joining Spark, Jolie spent 12 years in executive roles for Lion Group, Australasia and was previously with Deloitte's audit division based in Auckland.

Previously Chief Marketing Officer for NZ's largest bank, with responsibility for all segments and full marketing mix from customer strategy to marketing communications, Mike led the highly successful integration of ANZ and National Bank brands. He enjoys leading and galvanising organisational change, working across businesses to create and drive high performing cross-functional teams and demonstrably deliver business objectives.

Mark is Auckland Council’s Director of ICT. He has been with the council for three years, leading the transformation of the ICT Operations functions and has been the ICT owner of the major consolidation project NewCore – consolidating eight legacy councils ICT systems, including customer and property records, into a single source.

Mark has a diverse background – he isn’t just an IT professional, he has also been the Executive responsible for Supply Chain, eCommerce and Sales within some well-known commercial organisations within the New Zealand market - Warehouse Stationery, Lion Nathan, Works Infrastructure and Fonterra.

Mark lives on Auckland’s North Shore with his wife and two teenage children.
